South San Francisco has a significant number of Pan-Asian, Mexican, South American, and Italian residents, and this shows in the city’s amazing food.

Admittedly there aren’t a lot of tourist attractions in South San Francisco. Most travelers will find get used to the 20-minute light rail ride to the sites of San Francisco or the beaches of Pacifica. However, business travelers might find that everything they need is conveniently close to their hotel.
South San Francisco is one of the two biggest biotech hubs in the United States, home to Elan Pharmaceuticals, Amgen, Genentech, and many more pioneering firms. If you’re in the biotech industry, South San Francisco’s hotels make an ideal base for a business trip.
The city also has the South San Francisco Conference Center, conveniently located across the street from the Four Points by Sheraton San Francisco Airport.
